2016 Enga Cultural Show in Wabag
The Enga Cultural Show 2016 has come to pass, but on the same date next year (2017), it will come on again. Its an annually event sponsored by Enga Provincial Government and business houses in Enga Province. The cultural festival is the pride  of the Engan people whom speak only one Engan language unlike many other provinces in Papua New Guinea which have more than one language. PNG in total has more than 840 different languages.

This year, the show was staged at Wabag town show oval from the 5th - 7th August, 2016.
In the Jack Kimala photographs below are the Engan youths from Humbilam High School Students Cultural Group. In modern PNG today, not many young people wanted to take pride in their traditional cultures but these young students from the high school are encouraging for the rest of PNG youth population to take part in the traditional dances.
The youths have created a small history to their diary of life at the high school that will go a long way for generations.
