From the Governor to the youths; keeping alive cultural heritage is the pride of Morobe

THE faces of Morobe! Known as the "WOPA" country in Papua New Guinea because of the popular and PNG's first local biscuit brand "WOPA Biscuit" was made in Lae, Morobe Province. It is the industrial largest city in Papua New Guinea with so many factories and second city to PNG's capital Port Moresby by standards. Amongst so many unique things of this province situated in the Momase Region and connects to the highlands of PNG, its cultural diversity is beyond measure. In the EMTV online photos below, leading by the Governor of the Province Kelly Naru - you see youths take pride in their cultural heritage. Morobe remains one of the cultural rich province in Papua New Guinea and Pacific.
